🔑 You need to master three areas :

you need to keep all these 3 areas in harmony and balance, to deliver the best results possible.

Enter Flow state :

flow state is the state in which people are so involved in an activity that nothing else seems to matter, tapping in this state is key to provide the best quality work.

the 5 levels of brain waves :

  1. Gamma Waves: High-level focus for complex editing tasks.
  2. Beta Waves: Active thinking and decision-making during editing.
  3. Alpha Waves: Relaxed but alert state, good for reflection.
  4. Theta Waves: Deep immersion and flow during editing.
  5. Delta Waves: Deep rest and recharge after editing.

how to enter the flow state :

1- find a challenge you love

2 - develop your skills to meet the challenge : if you don’t have the right skills for the challenge, it won’t allow you to enter the flow state, as you’re fully prepared to accomplish it in the best way possible, you need to be fully prepared and in Theta waves. if your skill level is lower than the challenge, this causes you to be stressed and anxious, which is . On the other hand, if your skill level is higher than the challenge, this may cause boredom. In order to be the most productive possible, there needs to be a balance between difficulty in the activity (challenge) and your skills. you need to feel confident in doing the task, having confidence in your own skills, but at the same time the task is challenging enough to feel stimulated.

3 - Another way to enter the flow state is to align your work with your peak productivity times. Identify when you feel most productive, and schedule your editing sessions accordingly.

4- concentrate and focus, you need to limit the distractions (notifications from phone and computer..), you should separate yourself from these distractions and create a place and time where you are just able to focus on the task at hand.
